Yes. The Purchaser must be present at shipping address which is written in the Sales Agreement. The driver transporter will not unload the vehicle without an authorized Purchaser signature on the Bill of Lading.

If, by any reason, the item does not pass the Buyer’s inspection, it will be returned to the Seller, on Seller’s expense and the funds will be returned to the Buyer in full within 48 hours.
