Top notch service. I had a lot of questions about the warranty and the return policy. They answered everything patiently. The car arrived on time and the condition was actually better than I expected. No dings anywhere.
Absolutely in love with my Tesla Model 3! The previous owner took great care of it, but the dealership prep made it look showroom ready. The enclosed shipping option was worth the extra bit to keep it clean during winter transport.
Great communication from the sales team. They sent me extra photos of the interior when I asked. The car is essentially brand new. Shipping took a little longer due to weather, but they kept me updated the whole time. Honest sellers.
Overall a very solid experience. The selection of trucks is unmatched. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the delivery driver arrived two hours later than the scheduled window, but he was polite and the truck was spotless. Would definitely buy here again.
Absolutely seamless transaction. Car arrived in better condition than described. Highly recommend!
